1. Service Agreement

By partnering with WebSarthi.in, you agree to allow us to design and develop your website based on the information and content you provide. We promise to deliver the best quality service using industry-standard tools and technologies.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete content, including text, images, logos, and policies.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on third-party copyrights.
• All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule for timely delivery.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a minimum of 50% advance payment before commencement. The balance must be paid upon project completion or as per the milestone agreement. No refunds will be issued once development work has started.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided at the start of each project. However, delays caused due to client unavailability or delayed inputs may extend the project completion time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, design, and materials developed by WebSarthi.in remain our property until full payment is received. After that, rights are transferred to the client.

6. Revisions and Support

We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions post-development. Further revisions may be chargeable. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under separate contracts.

7. Hosting and Domain

If WebSarthi.in manages your domain or hosting, we will ensure smooth setup and performance. If managed externally, we hold no responsibility for third-party issues.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of your project details, data, and internal communications. Your privacy is a top priority.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice. Work completed until termination will be billed accordingly.
