WebSarthi.in signs an implicit NDA with every client. Your ideas, designs, and custom code are never shared or reused elsewhere without your explicit permission.

5. Design & Development Ownership

Upon full payment, all developed website code, design, and data become the client’s property. We only retain rights to showcase it in our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Hosting & Third-party Services

Hosting, domain, SSL, and third-party integrations (like payment gateways, email services, etc.) are procured in the client's name. WebSarthi only assists in configuration and setup.

7. Support & Maintenance

We offer 3 months of free support post-project delivery. Extended maintenance contracts are available separately and are governed by the same data privacy and security clauses.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies for analytics and better user experience. Users have the option to manage or block cookies through browser settings.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refund is applicable once development has progressed beyond 30% or if the delay is client-side.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction. We work to resolve all client concerns amicably through communication.

11. Changes to This Policy

WebSarthi.in reserves the right to update this privacy policy. Clients will be informed via email of any significant changes.
